Steven has experience of working in a range of health and social care settings, providing support to both adults and children with developmental disabilities.  In terms of education, Steven holds a bachelors degree in Applied Social Care and a masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. 

Ali has experience of working in a range of health and social care settings with both adults and children, as well as criminal justice services.  In terms of education, Ali holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Behaviour Analysis & Therapy.
